I've had a unit with Pilgram storage for a bit over 2 years. The experience and unit have been top notch. The office has been great to work with. The unit and grounds are very clean. The only problem i have had is the new gate that was installed. It had gotten stuck. I notified the office. They had someone out in a reasonable time to unlock the rear gate. The staff has always been on top of it. The only thing that I see as an improvement would be a dumpster.
